Pharma drug pushers, AKA doctors, are brainwashed in the wrong direction. I have yet to meet even ONE that understands what Dr. Saladino knows.
I have 0 car payments paid for it in cash I don’t believe in debt to the slave system
That m goes through its environment so unbothered and determined. Pushing away the geometrical hardships. It's trully an inspiration hahah
I am glad yall are making positive changes, I listen to yall while gardening or cleaning, but rarely actually watch. Yall are SO inspiring.
Completely misleading title to this video. It should say something like ' A very high number of people have metabolic syndrome and some level of endothelial dysfunction. If you also have high LDL you should be worried'.
My total cholesterol level is 229,Tryglicerides is 72,HDL cholesterol is 83.5 ,LDL is 142,VLDL is 14.40,Non HDL is 145.45,Apolipoprotien is 170,Cholesterol HDL Ratio is 2.74,Lipprotien (a)Lp(a)142.18.Some one please tell me whether I have to start Statin.from India 🙏🏼❤️
The landlord knows that her "few things" will turn into a hoard at some point. The landlord is smart for not allowing it to begin with.
Everyone who is able to understand K. Marx will see the overwhelming unsustainability of such lifestyle in mass
What do we find under the pile of stuff when we give it away? Others. Self. God.
1953's 'Piper in the woods' by Phillip K. Dick is a short story which you want to read
I'm all in for separate bedrooms for couples because it leads to a greater chance that they both will still like each other the following morning. A good nights sleep is a priority!
2 thousand years ago someone said "what good is it if you inherit the world but lose your soul?" . These words are an effective lesson that has survived to this day. Yet it's not the highest value pushed in front of your eyes. So turn your eyes away from the ads and the news. Shut them forever. And then open them anew xxx Jim Carrey had to learn this lesson personally. As did I. As did you. So maybe words are not enough. Sharing our pain and love. This
I loved the soundtracks, can someone give their names or at least the name of this style
19:15
Statins almost crippled me after only 2 months. I had leg cramps with a pain level of 45. I would be in a wheel chair now if I had continued statins. I told my doctor I refuse to ever take another statin, write it down. I am 80 have high cholestrol, and off and on leg cramps that might be a result of my short stay on statins. My opinion, a very dangerous drug.
A lot of advertising in and around that first talk they gave. Just saying
Bring back the video episodes
Lose weight --don’t drink alcohol --eat veggies, fruits and lean proteins. -I exercise -and do everything correctly and I still have hypertension. High blood pressure -I am retired and no stress in my life -still high blood pressure. It’s frustrating -it’s not genetic either. It’s in God’s hands -he kills us when He wants to
How bout high collestetol and hypertension?
I would say don't take the landlords decision personally. As someone who has previously allowed people to use my free space for "just a few things" I've learnt that it can easily become "I'm sure they won't mind if I just add a few more things", then it grows beyond the initial agreement leading to difficult conversations needing to be had & resentment on both sides. By setting & respecting boundaries, you & your landord will both be better off! 😊
I love my "nothing" time. It's really my time, it's time for what I want. When I share myself with someone else.......it's going to be when I want to. I think way too many people blur private time and social time...
And this was filmed in 2015.. Now it's even crazier..
have more sex, sperm is 40% cholesterol ! LDL is fake but you need to control the population!
discussing things in the open square of ideas is mostly a conservative mindset. Other's want to shut down those who simply have a different opinion.
We need a video on how to reduce triglycerides
I thoight it was a certain shaped cholesterol that is bad...like cloudy shaped is bad or something like that
In NO WAY would I share my personal storage space with someone I'm renting to! 1) That's my space to use as I want---empty shelves or not. 2) I wouldn't give access to my private space---storage or otherwise---for someone (who already feels entitled) to, perhaps, take the opportunity to rifle through and help themselves to items that were mine. 3) It opens a door to damages, uncleanliness, bugs---no thanks. The level of entitlement here is a bit gobsmack. It shows she's already crossed the line by being nosey enough to discover this extra storage space of her landlords.
Entitled person. That’s not your space. Your rental space does not include the garage. Entitlement is a huge issue
I saw nothing but Apple product placements throughout the whole documentary how ironic hey 👀...🤦🏻♂️
When I start looking for extra space, I tell myself it's means you have TOO MUCH STUFF!
The 🍎 part...Lol!!! 😋😅😂🤣😝🤪😜😛
I have a question : what if the person who’s anxiety is due to a back accident? They are terrified to move. When a little tweak hurts they get paralyzed. Now what? I suggested going back to physical therapy but they say” I am doing my own exercises in the morning “ so Im waiting and waiting but nothing seems to change
I am the second comment ( I feel like such a minimalist ) 💜
Her landlord's issue may be a simple financial one. The rental arrangement may not have included use of the garage. Perhaps, if the caller did not already do this, she could offer additional financial compensation to the landlord for use of the additional garage space through an amended lease or contract . This would arguably cost the renter less than having to rent a storage unit. Just a thought.
im here bec my doctor said i have high LDL from my cbc
Oh this has helped me more than any other episode, saved it to listen again from time to time.
Thank you for this conversation, TK's biblical analogy is perfect, I understand that.
Well done, guys!
Well, I like a minimalist lifestyle but living in something I will have claustrophobia is another thing. A 1200 square foot home for a family of four is great but not 400 square ft. This is pushed by the government as they steal our wealth.
This was brilliant, will watch a few times, a lot to take in. But it made sense. I have for many years gad the fruit, veg, fish, grains etc but my cholesterol has always been high. No heakth issues, and my healing rate is amazing. Stress, is my stumbling block , i do stress... Shall take this on board and monitor my dos and don'ts...
To me a big argument against buying is the time spent shopping, ordering caring for item. Renting seems to also have a lot of those downsides. I don’t think renting clothes would simplify. Only cause more work.
I love cleaning out my closet. I prefer weeding out on weekends to many things. It’s fun! But I am also very minimalist so it doesn’t take much time.
My dad was EXACTLY 💯 this way!!!! TOTAL MINIMALIST 👌🙌✌️ In my opinion the reason everyone feels empty and are filling a void is because, WE ALL NEED GOD. 🙏GOD BLESS EVERYONE 💝😇🙏
The only useful information I got from this entire video was exercise which I can’t really do because i used it like a drug and destroyed my body trying to lift weights like Ronnie Cole man
Everything the government and mainstream nutrition has been telling Americans for years is a lie. I would strongly recommend reading: Glucose Revolution (Jessie Inchausepe) & The Big Fat Surprise (Nina Teicholz) Really opens your eyes
Very nice documentary, I realise that I am already living a minimalist lifestyle thanks to the practice of my religion, islam, where excess consumption of goods or food is prohibited. Islam encourages to take only what you need and spend the excess of what you have in charity. Praise be to Allah (which means God, the One and Only in arabic).
minimalism might be nice, but most folks are aomewhere inbetween; your personal style goes with certain stuff, i guess but hey i am a collector since 1965...yu cant change that
My grandmother ate beef dripping all her life cod chips she ate anything her body was calling for ‘fancied’ she lived 92
